That certain City - owned equipment described as a <br /> <br /> <br />Pitney Bowes 3320 Inserter, the value of which has been appraised <br /> <br /> <br />by the City Assessor and determined to be $975.00 is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />declared surplus. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
