<br />... <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />..- <br /> <br />CGM:mf 8/18/81 <br /> <br />RESOLUTI:ON <br /> <br />N o. _8 9!) 0 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 24 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF AERIAL CABLE <br />OVER CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Executone of Northern California, Inc. has <br /> <br />requested a revocable permit from the City of Redwood City to <br /> <br />install an aerial cable between buildings at 303 Bradford Street <br /> <br />and 444 Warren Street for data communications purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to grant a revocable permit to <br /> <br />Executone of Northern California, Inc. for the above stated purpose; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit by and between the City of Redwood <br />I <br /> <br />City and Executone of Northern California, Inc. for the use of certain <br /> <br />real property owned by the City, a copy of which permit is presently <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized to execute said permi t for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~ ~5 0 <br />
