<br />, <br /> <br />SWC:mf 8/11/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />8958 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 14 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (PSYCHOLOGICAL <br />TESTING) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department requires the services of a professional <br /> <br />psychologist for testing wi thin the Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dr. James H. Anderson, Palo Alto, California, has represented <br /> <br />to this Council that he is uniquely experienced and qualified to perform <br /> <br />such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement for <br /> <br />personal services for psychological testing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Personal Services" <br /> <br />(form dated 7/29/81) by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Dr. James H. Anderson, a copy of which is on file in the Office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8958 <br />
