<br />... <br /> <br />Funds for Hoover School Park in the City of Redwood <br />City pursuant to the Roberti - Z'Berg Urban Open <br />Space and Recreational Program; and <br /> <br />(b) Certifies that the City of Redwood City understands <br />the general provisions to be included in any agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and the State of <br />California for the receipt of such Block Grant Funds <br />by the City; and <br /> <br />(c) Certifies that the City of Redwood City has or will <br />have sufficient funds to operate and maintain Hoover <br />School Park which is to be funded pursuant to the <br />abovementioned program; and <br /> <br />(d) Certifies that the City of Redwood City has or will <br />have available, prior to the commencement of any work <br />on Hoover School Park matching money from a non-state <br />source; and <br /> <br />(e) Certifies that Hoover School Park conforms to the <br />Park and Recreation Element of the General Plan of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to conduct <br /> <br />all negotiations, execute and submit all documents (including but <br /> <br />not limited to applications, agreements, amendments, and payment <br /> <br />requests) which may be necessary for the improvements to be constructed <br /> <br />at Hoover School Park in the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3.
