<br />'- .. <br /> <br />S.._:djg-c 9/10/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 8 964 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 14 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br />(MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />property hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that the herein- <br /> <br />after described property is not needed for present or prospective <br /> <br />municipal or public purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said property and <br /> <br />determined that the current reasonable market value for each <br /> <br />iterrl to be declared surplus is less than One Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />( $ 1 , 0 0 0 . 0 0); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />declare said property surplus and authorize its sale in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that <br /> <br />the following described items of City property are surplus; that <br /> <br />they are no longer necessary or required for municipal or public <br /> <br />purposes; and that each has an appraised value of less than One <br /> <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00): <br /> <br />VEHICLE NO.
