<br />on that certain map entitled "MAP OF BOYD AND KENT'S ADDITION REDWOOD
<br />CITY, CAL.", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San
<br />Mateo on June 12, 1905, in Book "D" of Maps at Page 10, and a copy
<br />entered .in Book 3 of "Maps at Page 66, described as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of Lot 1, Block "L", as said
<br />lot and block are shown on said map, said corner also being a point
<br />where the northwesterly line of Hazel Avenue, 50 feet in width,
<br />intersects the southerly line of Madrone Street (formerly Maple
<br />Street, 45 feet in width as shown on said map); THENCE westerly
<br />along the northerly line of said Lot 1, North 510 48' 15" West. a
<br />distance of 81.43 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of that
<br />certain parcel of land conveyed to State of California by Deed
<br />No. 28485 recorded September 7, 1961, in volume 4051 of Official
<br />Records of San Mateo County at page 115, said point also being the
<br />beginning of curve .to which a radial bears North 760 45' 03.4" West;
<br />THENCE northerly along a non-tangent curve to the'right, having
<br />a radius of 3950.00 feet, a central angle of 00 43' 04.2", an arc
<br />length of 49.49 feet to a point on the northerly line of said
<br />Madrone Street, said point also being a point on the southerly line
<br />of Lot 11, Block "K", as said lot and block are shown on said map;
<br />THENCE southeasterly along said northerly line of Madrone Street;
<br />South 510 48' 15" East a distance of 98.00 feet to the most southerly
<br />corner of Lot 10, Block "K", as said lot and block are shown on
<br />said map, said corner also being a point where the northwesterly line
<br />of said Hazal Avenue intersects the northerly line of said Madrone
<br />Street; THENCE southwesterly, South 330 05' 44" West, a distance of
<br />45.18 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

<br />EXCEPTING therefrom a storm drain easement to construct, install,

<br />repair, replace (of the initial or any other size), maintainJuse; and

<br />510 48' 15" West, a distance of 10.13 feet to a point on the south-
<br />easterly line of said parcel of land conveyed to State of California,
<br />said point also being the beginning of curve to which a radial bears
<br />North 760 45' 03.4" West; THENCE Northerly along a non-tangent curve
<br />to the right, having a radius of 3950.00 feet, a central angle of
<br />00 43' 04.2", an arc length of 49.49 feet to a point on the northerly
