<br />BEGINNING at an angle point in the hereinabove described ingress/ <br />egress easement line, and being common with the angle point of <br />the parcel line between Parcel D and Parcel A as shown on said <br />Parcel Hap 80-4, at the Northwesterly terminus of the course <br />shown as bearing North 88040'20" West, 117.01 feet; thence from <br />said point of beginning along the common parcel line between <br />Parcel D and Parcel A North 1019'40" East, 15.00 feet; thence <br />North 88040'20" West, 60.75 feet; thence leaving said parcel <br />line South P19'40" West, 15.00 feet; thence South 88040'20" <br />East, 60.87 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby orders <br /> <br />the vacation of the above described public utility easement. <br /> <br />4.
