<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ST- :djg-c 10/20/81 <br /> <br />OCT 2, 6 1981 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ 991 <br /> <br />omG\NJ\l <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREE~lliNT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (REDWOOD CITY UMPIRES <br />ASSOCIATION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires the services of professional <br /> <br />referees and scorekeepers for its youth Basketball Leagues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Umpire's Association has represented <br /> <br />to this Council that it is experienced and qualified to perform <br /> <br />such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agreement <br /> <br />for personal services to provide, train, select and schedule referees <br /> <br />and scorekeepers for the Youth Basketball Leagues; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Personal Services" <br /> <br />(form dated 10/20/81) by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Redwood City Umpire's Association, a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />Office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />8991 <br />
