<br />payment of such charge if the facts of a particular situation <br /> <br />demonstrate that there was a justifiable reason for the failure <br /> <br /> <br />to make the required payment in a timely fashion. <br /> <br /> <br />(d) A delinquent utility service charge of $20.00 shall <br /> <br /> <br />be made in addition to any repair costs that may be sustained <br /> <br />by the City in the event that there is a consumption of <br /> <br />utility service after a disconnection of such service by <br /> <br /> <br />city. <br /> <br />(e) Interest at one and one-half percent (1/1/2%) per <br /> <br /> <br />month shall be charged on a utility account when it is overdue <br /> <br />thirty days or more. This amount shall be in addition to <br /> <br /> <br />any charges contained herein above. <br /> <br />2.
