<br />Exhibit D (continued) <br /> <br />Designated employees in Group "3" must report: <br /> <br />(a) Investments in or income in or derived from any business <br />entity involved in the manufacture, distribution or sale <br />of computer hardware and/or software and/or computer <br />leasing companies which may now or which may foreseeably <br />do business with the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(b) His or her status as director, officer, partner, <br />trustee, employee, or any position of management in any <br />business entity as described in paragraph (a), above. <br /> <br />Designated employees in Group "4" must report: <br /> <br />All investments, interests in real property and income, and any <br />business entity in which the person is a director, officer, <br />partner, employee or holds any position of management. Financial <br />interests are reportable only if located within the City of <br />Redwood City or if the business entity is doing business in or may <br />foreseeably do business in the City of Redwood City. <br />
