<br />CGM:djg-c 11/23/81 R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~Q.9009 <br /> <br />NOV 23 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR SALE OF SURPLUS CITY <br />PROPERTY (I-TON TRUCK) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, pursuant to Resolution No. 8997, adopted <br /> <br />November 2, 1981, declared a I-Ton Truck surplus and authorized <br /> <br />its sale in accordance with the Charter of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the highest bidder for such I-Ton Truck is Richard <br /> <br />Jenkins; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLm\1S: <br /> <br />1. That this Council hereby awards a I-Ton Truck declared <br /> <br />surplus as referenced above to Richard Jenkins for the sum of <br /> <br />Two Thousand Thirty and No/lOO Dollars ($2,030.00). <br /> <br />2.
