j~M:djg-c 11/25/8l RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9 016 ORIGINAL DEe 7 1981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 81-5 SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Per E. Calden, Ulla Calden, John E. King and Joan F. King (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Subdivider") received conditional permission from the Subdivision Committee at its meeting of September 23, 1981 to subdivide a parcel into "two lots"; and WHEREAS, the conditions, imposed on Subdivider by the Sub- division Committee, in part, required Subdivder to provide grading and paving and to replace damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveways in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Public Works of City, to install trees along the frontage of the subject property, and to make all repairs to the existing sewer cleanout to the satisfaction of said Department of Public Works; and WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and Subdivider pursuant to which public improvements will be constructed by said Subdivider has been presented to this Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLmvS: That certain proposed agreement between the city of Redwood City and Subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Public Improvements (Parcel Map No. 81-5)," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 9 016
