The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />an agreement with Van Pelt Fire Trucks for the furnishing of <br /> <br /> <br />the abovementioned equipment in accordance with, and subject <br /> <br /> <br />to, the terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications <br /> <br /> <br />and in accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are waived. <br /> <br />4.
