<br />CGM:mf 12/14/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9 03 I <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />DEe 2 1 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />MARINA PARK CENTER SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Marina Park Center Subdivision <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City prepared by Gordon A. Tillson & <br /> <br />Associates for Redwood Shores, Inc., a California Corporation, <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the <br /> <br />tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed sub- <br />division agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Marina Park Center <br />Subdivision," in consideration of the approval of said <br />map by the City, whereby subdivider agrees to construct <br />and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, <br />all streets and other improvements required of owner or <br />subdivider under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer <br />or other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications <br />for the improvement of Marina Park Center Subdivision <br />on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance bf said owner or sub- <br />divider of all work and the construction of all improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within <br />the time therein specified, the amount of said security <br />to be One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/IOO Dollars <br />($150,000.00) and also a good and sufficient security <br />in the form to be approved by the City Attorney securing <br />the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction of <br />any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or sub- <br />divider, the amount of said security to be One Hundred <br />
