This Agreement <br />shall continue in effect so long as the Agency receives Tax <br />Increment from the Amendment Area. <br />14. Legal.Action If litigation is initiated attaching the <br />validity of this Agreement, each party in good faith shall defend <br />and seek to uphold this Agreement, In the event this Agreement, <br />the second Amendment, the Project or the ordinance adopting the <br />Second Amendment is declared invalid by a final judgement in a <br />court of - competent jurisdiction, then this Agreement shall become <br />null and void. <br />15. successors and Assi. ns, This Agreement shall be <br />binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and <br />their respective heirs, successors and assigns. <br />9 <br />
