<br />SV djg-c 1/19/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAl.: <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 042 <br /> <br />JAN 2 5 1982 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION AWARDING BID FOH SALE OF SURPLUS CITY <br />EQUIPMENT (COMPUTER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8998, adopted November <br /> <br />2, 1981, the City Clerk called for bids for the sale by City of <br /> <br />an IBM 370/115 Computer with peripheral equipment and software; and <br /> <br />WHEHEAS, pursuant to said call bids were received and filed <br /> <br />with the City Clerk for the purchase from the city of said equip- <br /> <br />ment, and T.J. Computer Services, Inc., Bohemia, New York, lS the <br /> <br />highest responsible bidder for the purchase of said equipment <br /> <br />from City, and it is the intention of this Council to sell said <br /> <br />equipment to T.J. Computer Services, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HEDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The bid of T.J. Computer Services, Inc. in the total amount <br /> <br />of Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty and No/lOO Dollars <br /> <br />($49,980.00) for the purchase of City's IBM 370/115 Computer <br /> <br />in accordance with the bidder's proposal dated December 28, 1981, <br /> <br />and in accordance with the specifications therefor on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, is hereby accepted and said bidder <br /> <br />is hereby found and declared to be the highest responsible bidder <br /> <br />for the purchase of said equipment from City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9042 <br />
