SMITH THE CITY <br />MANAGER OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. James M. Smith is hereby appointed to the office of <br /> <br />City Manager of the City of Redwood City, from and after the <br /> <br />first day of February, 1982. <br /> <br />2.
