<br />CGIIL --,jg-c 1/29/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 04 8 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />FES 1 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO PARKING <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Herring and Williams, a general partnership, has <br /> <br />submitted a petition to this Council for inclusion of a parcel <br /> <br />of property owned by it in Parking District No. 1 in the City <br /> <br />of Redwood city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council is willing to grant such petition upon <br /> <br />the condition that such property be subject to all covenants <br /> <br />(including all ad valorem assessments) that existing property <br /> <br />located in Parking District No. 1 is subject to; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council, pursuant to the provisions of Section <br /> <br />35708 of the Streets and Highways Code, has determined that no <br /> <br />annexation fee be paid by the petitioner, Herring and Williams <br /> <br />in connection with such annexation; <br /> <br />NOVv, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That parcel of property owned by Herring and Williams, <br /> <br />described in Exhibit A and shown on Exhibit B commonly known <br /> <br />as Assessor's Parcel No. 053-135-170, is hereby annexed to <br /> <br />Parking District No. 1 upon the condition that it be subject <br /> <br />to all covenants including all ad valorem assessments that <br /> <br />existing property located in Parking District No. 1 is subject to. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 048 <br />
