<br />"SM:djg-c 2/3/82 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />THE FURNISHING OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWCDD CITY, a rmmicipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as"City", and MULTISONICS, INC., <br /> <br />Dublin, California hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", for the <br /> <br />consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be perforrred <br /> <br />and shall provide and furnish to City the following described material <br /> <br />and shall corrplete delivery of said material F.O.B. Redwood City within <br /> <br />90 days from the execution of this agreement, all in strict accordance <br /> <br />with the bid of Contractor and the specifications for such equiprrent and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />which docwrents are incorporated herein and made a part of this <br /> <br />agreement as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER <br /> <br />2.
