<br />CGM:mf 3/10/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9069 <br /> <br />OR\G\NJ\L <br />MAR 1 5 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR REPAIR OF <br />WATER TANK (VISTA WATER STATION); AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for repair of a water tank (Vista Water Station) <br /> <br />ln the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such repair; <br /> <br />NOvl, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Bid Documents for Vista Water Station Water <br /> <br />Tank No.2 Renovation 1981-82 Fiscal Year - Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
