<br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds that, with respect to the <br /> <br /> <br />proposed annexation of the territory described in Exhibit A <br /> <br />hereof under the distinctive short form designation of "81-15 <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Annexation of Lands of Powers to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City (.61 + acres)" no written protests have been filed. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section <br /> <br />56322 this Council hereby orders the territory described in <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit A annexed to the City of Redwood City. All land and <br /> <br />improvements within said territory shall be liable for the <br /> <br /> <br />general indebtedness of the City existing at the time of <br /> <br />annexation. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the executive <br /> <br /> <br />officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County <br /> <br /> <br />of San Mateo. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
