<br />SWC:mf 4/13/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9100 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br />APR 1 9 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH GEORGE HILLS <br />COMPANY, INC., FOR CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City did, on August 25, <br /> <br />1980, enter into an agreement with George Hills Company, Inc. <br /> <br />for claims administration services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of said agreement as amended will expire <br /> <br />on March 31, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the agreement provides for extensions of one <br /> <br />(1) year at rates to be negotiated yearly, by agreement of <br /> <br />both parties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and George Hills Company, Inc. desire <br /> <br />to extend the agreement for an additional one (1) year term <br /> <br />and whereas there has been presented to this Council an amendment <br /> <br />to paragraphs 6 and 7 of said agreement, creating a new one year <br /> <br />term and revising the rates of compensat~on for the new term; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Amendment to Agreement, Self-Insurance Claims Administration <br /> <br />Services, (form dated 4/19/82), amending paragraphs 6 and 7 of the <br /> <br />agreement, Self-Insurance Claims Administration Services, dated <br /> <br />August 25, 1980, as amended, a copy of which amendment and <br /> <br />agreement are on file in the office of the City Clerk for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof is hereby approved.
