<br />CGM:mf 4/26/82 <br />DES:mf 4/27/82R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 111 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />RESTRICTING ACCESS TO CERTAIN PROPERTY COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS EDISON SCHOOL SITE <br /> <br />MAY 3 <br /> <br />1982 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City School District has requested <br /> <br />approval of this City of a rezoning application (Z81-l2) for <br /> <br />certain property (commonly known as 191 "G" Street, Assessor's <br /> <br />Parcel Nos. 046-230-030 and 052-091-140) owned by said District; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council is willing to grant said rezoning <br /> <br />application upon the condition that certain measures be taken <br /> <br />by the District to restrict access to said property from "G" <br /> <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />for its approval providing for limited access from "G" Street <br /> <br />to said property, and this Council desires to approve said <br /> <br />agreement and to authorize execution thereof by the city Manager; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Redwood City School District entitled "Agreement" <br /> <br />(form dated 4/26/82), a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />fl ~ .~ <br />
