<br />CGM:mf 5/20/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 9 1 2 9 MAY 2 4 1982 <br /> <br />---------- -- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE FURNISHING ORIGINAL <br />OF STREET MAINTENANCE MATERIALS FOR 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR <br />- ASPHALT CONCRETE; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for the furnishing of street maintenance materials <br /> <br />for the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 1982-83; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of such materials for the Department of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Bid Documents for Purchase of Water and <br /> <br />Street Department Selected Materials - Asphalt Concrete - 1982-83 <br /> <br />Fiscal Year - Redwood City, California," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
