<br />RLS:JRG:lg May-82 <br />SWC:djg-c 6/8/82R <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby find, determine and order <br /> <br />that a countywide motor vehicle fuel tax should be submitted <br /> <br />to the voters of San Mateo County. <br /> <br />2. That certain agreement entitled "San Mateo County <br /> <br />Region-Local Option Fuel Tax Allocation Agreement", a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
