<br />~WC:djg-c <br />lC:djg-c <br /> <br />6/22/82 <br />6/23/82R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 2 8 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9150 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AND CH2M HILL, CALIFORNIA, INC., RELATING TO <br />THE SEISMIC PROTECTION STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a Seismic <br /> <br />Protection Study for the Redwood City Municipal Water <br /> <br />System; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage CH2M <br /> <br />Hill, California, Inc., San Francisco, California, to perform <br /> <br />such study including, but not limited to, investigation and <br /> <br />evaluation of the Redwood City Municipal Water System from a <br /> <br />Seismic Protection perspective; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, CH2M Hill, California, Inc. has represented to <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City that it is experienced and qualified <br /> <br />to perform all of the abovementioned services as further <br /> <br />described in the proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and CH2M Hill, California, Inc., entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Seismic Protection Study" (form dated 6/23/82), a copy of which <br /> <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9150 <br />
