<br />...! <br /> <br />the provision of public services to such territory; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds that, with respect to the <br /> <br />proposed annexation of the territory described in "Exhibit A" <br /> <br />hereof under the distinctive short form designation of "Annexation <br /> <br />of Lands of D.K. Development and Investment Co. (12.34 ac.) and <br /> <br /> <br />(.04 ac.) within Woodside Road in San Mateo County and Lands of <br /> <br />Nakano to the City of Redwood City" no written protests have <br /> <br />been filed. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned <br /> <br /> <br />Municipal Organization Act of 1977, this Council hereby orders <br /> <br />the territory described in "Exhibit A" annexed to the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. All land and improvements within said territory <br /> <br /> <br />shall be liable for the general indebtedness of the City existing <br /> <br /> <br />at the time of annexation. <br /> <br />3.
