The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and Fisk, Firenze and McLean, Inc. for the <br /> <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br />bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br /> <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Fisk, Firenze and McLean, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5.
