<br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That all objections to the itemized report and <br />proposed assessment list of the Superintendent of Streets of <br />the cost of removing weeds, dirt, rubbish and rank growths <br />from or abutting each parcel of land from which said weeds, <br />dirt, rubbish or rank growths were removed, heard at the <br />public hearing this date in the manner specified by law, are <br />hereby overruled. <br />2. That said report and proposed assessment list are <br />hereby confirmed and the cost of removing said weeds, dirt, <br />rubbish and rank growths from or abutting said parcels of <br />land shall constitute a lien on such parcels until paid. <br />3. That a copy of said report and assessment list and <br />a copy of this resolution shall be transmitted by the City <br />Clerk to the County Assessor and the County Tax Collector <br />for entry and collection with the next tax roll upon which <br />general municipal taxes are collected and that, thereafter, <br />such assessment shall be collected at the same time and in <br /> <br />the same manner as general City taxes are collected and shall <br /> <br />be subject to the same interest and penalties and the same <br />procedure and sale in case of delinquency, <br />4. That all laws and ordinances applicable to the levy, <br />collection and enforcement of City taxes are hereby made <br /> <br />applicable to the assessments confirmed by this resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
