<br />~WC:djg-c 8/19/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AUG 2 3 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9196 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR THE 1982-83 <br />STREET RESURFACING PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for 1982-83 Street Resurfacing Project in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />resurfacing project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for the Construction of Redwood City's Street <br /> <br />Resurfacing Project - 1982-83 - Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
