<br />~GM:djg-c 8/19/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />920 I <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 23 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 82-4 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 82-4 Subdivision <br /> <br />ln the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk <br /> <br />& Associates, Civil Engineers, for Sherman Properties, owner of <br /> <br />record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />Director of Public Worksas being in conformity with the <br /> <br />tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for Parcel Map No. 82-4 Subdivision," wherein the <br />owner or subdivider, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by the City, shall agree to <br />construct and complete, in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all streets and other improvements <br />required of owner under the provisions of Chapter <br />30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such <br />other street, sewer or other improvements desig- <br />nated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set <br />forth in the plans and specifications for the <br />improvement of Parcel Map No. 82-4 Subdivision <br />on file in the office of the Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />2. That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance by said owner <br />or subdivider of all work and the construction <br />of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, and within the time therein <br />specified, the amount of said security to be <br /> <br />9201 <br />
