RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9202 AUG 2 3 1982 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 82-5 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 82-5 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Michael D. Ashley, Civil Engineer, for Ivan Ginesi, owner of record of said sub- division, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this sub- division, is approved, subject to the following conditions

<br />r.GM:djg-c 8/19/82 <br /> <br />and also a good and sufficient security in a <br />form to be approved by the City Attorney <br />securing the payment by said owner or sub- <br />divider of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all <br />said improvement, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said <br />owner or subdivider, the amount of said Sixty <br />Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($60,000.00). <br /> <br />3. That, before the release of said final map by <br />City for recordation, the owner or subdivider <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk certificates or policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the abovementioned agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 82-5 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Site Improvements - <br /> <br />2610 and 2620 El Camino Real," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Standard Specifications - City of Redwood City - <br /> <br />dated August, 1974," which plans and specifications are now on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according <br /> <br />to which the abovementioned improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Parcel Map No. 82-5 Subdivision," a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
