<br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between <br />the City of Redwood City and o. C. Jones and Sons for the <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br />bid documents, a copy of which agreement is presently on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of o. C. Jones <br />and Sons is hereby waived. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
