<br />by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owner <br />or subdivider of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvements, and the doing of all other work therein <br />agreed to be done by the said owner or subdivider, the <br />amount of said security to be Seven Hundred Eighteen <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-six and No/100 Dollars <br />($718,756.00) . <br /> <br />3. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to <br />the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or <br />policies of public liability and property damage <br />insurance as required by the above mentioned agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Shorebird <br />Island Subdivision," on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Shorebird Island Subdivision," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Technical Specifications for Shorebird Island <br /> <br />Subdivision," which plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Shorebird Island Subdivision," a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
