The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between <br />the City of Redwood City and Dorsa paving, Inc., a copy of <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Dorsa <br />paving, Inc. is hereby waived. <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful <br />bidder upon execution by it of the contract for the performance <br />of said work, all security guaranteeing execution of the <br />contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
