<br />(c) For collections from bin-type receptacles used with <br />front-end vehicular loader equipment the monthly rate of charge, <br />based upon the frequency of collections per week, number of <br />receptacles, and for standard three (3) cubic yard receptacle is <br />hereby established as follows: <br /> <br />Collections <br />Per week Number of Receptacles (3 Cubic Yards Each) <br /> 2 3 4 5 6 <br /> 73.09 120.79 <br />2 126.25 239.23 318.84 <br />3 186.28 304.97 406.72 510.80 593. 14 <br />4 233.91 382.80 510.46 638.02 744.38 877.27 <br />5 272.40 478.49 638.02 797.57 916.00 1,062.28 <br />6 329.02 538.31 717.74 900.82 1,046.76 1 , 196.34 <br /> <br />The charge for collection from each receptacle, the capacity of <br />which exceeds three (3) cubic yards, shall be the appropriate rate <br />(based upon the number of receptacles and frequency of service) for a <br />three (3) cubic yard receptacle set forth in the above table, times <br />the capacity (in cubic yards) of the receptacle for which the <br />calculation is being made, divided by three. <br /> <br />2. The rate of charge for each sanitary inspection relating <br /> <br />to, and collection from, bin-type containers usable with front-end <br /> <br />vehicular loader collection equipment containing refuse mechanically <br /> <br />compacted shall be ten dollars and twenty-four cents ($10.24) per <br /> <br />cubic yard of refuse, or any fraction thereof. <br /> <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br /> <br />provided the provisions hereof shall not be operative until October <br /> <br />1, 1982. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
