<br />CGM:mf 9/24/82 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />923 8 <br /> <br />SEP 27 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF TELEPHONE AND <br />RADIO COMMUNICATION RECORDINGS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of General Services has advised this <br /> <br />Council that telephone and radio communication recordings that <br /> <br />have been retained for over 100 days are no longer required; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 34090.6 of the Government Code provides <br /> <br />procedure for the destruction of such recordings; <br /> <br />NOvl, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />The Director of General Services lS hereby authorized to <br /> <br />destroy such recordings in accordance with such procedure. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9238 <br />
