<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9245 <br /> <br />CGM:mf 10/8/82 <br />OR\G\NAl <br /> <br />OCT 11 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF ROTARY GANG MOWER AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have ben presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the furnishing of a Rotary Gang Mower; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />furnishing of such equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLmvS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the Director of Finance and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City - Specifications for <br /> <br />Rotary Mower," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of a rotary gang mower as <br /> <br />called for in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9245 <br />
