<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9246 <br /> <br />CGM:mf 10/6/82 <br />ORIG\NJ\L <br />OCT 11 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CRIME ANALYST <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires certain crime <br /> <br />analyst services in connection with general crime analysis, <br /> <br />evaluation and investigation duties of the Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Andrea Victoria Lozano has represented to the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City that she is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Andrea Victoria Lozano <br /> <br />desire to enter into an agreement for Andrea Victoria Lozano to <br /> <br />furnish the City with the aforesaid services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Andrea Victoria Lozano, entitled "Agreement for Crime Analyst," <br /> <br />(form dated 10/6/82), copies of which are presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute the same, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9246 <br />
