<br />SWC:rl-C 10/28/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9256 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 1 1962. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY PACIFIC BANK FOR HOUSING <br />REHABILITATION FINANCING ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is participating in a <br /> <br />Neighborhood Conservation Program in furtherance of the <br /> <br />purposes of its Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires a housing rehabilitation <br /> <br />financing assistance program to facilitate the making of loans <br /> <br />for rehabilitation and improvement purposes in connection <br /> <br />the above Neighborhood Conservation Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank is experienced <br /> <br />in providing housing rehabilitation financing assistance <br /> <br />services and has developed methods and procedures to manage <br /> <br />such programs; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLm'lS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement to Provide <br /> <br />Housing Rehabilitation Financing Assistance in Redwood City" <br /> <br />(form dated 10/28/82) by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Security Pacific National Bank, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is made for full terms and conditions thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~) G <br />
