<br />SWC:mf 8/3/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9268 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />Nav 2 2 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLAY AREA - FAIR OAKS <br />CO~~UNITY CENTER - REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />special provisions for improvements to the Fair Oaks Community <br /> <br />Center Play Area in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such improvements <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for Improvements to the Play Area - Fair Oaks <br /> <br />Community Center - Redwood City, California," prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
