The bid of Government Systems Group, Inc., in the total <br /> <br /> <br />lump sum of Nineteen Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($19,000.00), <br /> <br />plus sales tax, for the furnishing of 2 megabytes of computer <br /> <br /> <br />memory with trade-in for four (4) quarter megabyte boards, is <br /> <br />hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared <br /> <br /> <br />to be the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said <br /> <br /> <br />equipment. <br /> <br />3. The bid of Western Information Systems, Inc., in the <br /> <br />total lump sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen and No/IOO <br /> <br />dollars ($4,717.00) for the furnishing of 16 ports and 16 cables <br /> <br />is hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby found and declared <br /> <br /> <br />to be the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said <br /> <br /> <br />equipment. <br /> <br />4. This Council hereby finds that the bids referenced in <br /> <br /> <br />Paragraphs I, 2, and 3 hereof were made in accordance with the <br /> <br />specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />5. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br />agreement with each of the bidders referenced in Paragraphs I, 2, <br /> <br />and 3 hereof in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and <br /> <br />conditions of the aforementioned specifications, and in accordance <br /> <br /> <br />with each respective bidder's proposal. <br /> <br />6.
