<br />C~M:djg-c 1/13/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9292 <br /> <br />JAN 24 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED <br />REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS; AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain <br /> <br />real property hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence that the here- <br /> <br />inafter described real property is not needed for present or <br /> <br />prospective municipal or public purposes and has been advised the <br /> <br />provisions of the Government Code regarding disposition of <br /> <br />surplus land have been complied with; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has appraised said real property <br /> <br />and determined the current reasonable market value thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />declare said real property surplus and authorize its sale in <br /> <br />accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That this Council hereby finds that the hereinafter <br /> <br />described parcels of City-owned real property are not now needed <br /> <br />for any municipal or public purposes in the future, and hereby <br /> <br />declares said real property to be surplus property. <br /> <br />2.
