<br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />1/21/83 <br />2/28/83R <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. This Council hereby finds and declares as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) The recitals, and each and all of them, hereinabove <br /> <br />are true; and <br /> <br />(b) The full amounts of principal indebtedness approved in <br /> <br />the election referenced in the recitals hereinabove are <br /> <br />not necessary for the objects and purposes for which said <br /> <br />amounts were originally approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The principal amounts of Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 facilities bonded indebtness hereto- <br /> <br />fore approved by the voters pursuant to the bond election held <br /> <br />December 10, 1968 within the District shall be, and each and all of <br /> <br />them for the respective projects specified in Exhibit "A" as <br /> <br />Measures B,D,E, and F hereby are cancelled and voided. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
