The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City with <br /> <br /> <br />Hyland Contractors for the furnishing and installation of the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned equipment in accordance with, and subject to, <br /> <br />the terms and conditions of the aforementioned specifications <br /> <br />and in accordance with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in Paragraph 1 <br /> <br /> <br />hereof are waived. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
