<br />SWC:djg-c 3/16/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9321 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 1 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLAY AREA - FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY <br />CENTER; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9268, adopted November <br /> <br />22, 1982, this Council approved special provisions for improve- <br /> <br />ments to the Fair Oaks Community Center Play Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to such approval, federal and other legal <br /> <br />requirements have necessitated revisions to said special <br /> <br />provisions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval of said <br /> <br />revised special provisions and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain revised special provisions entitled <br /> <br />"Special Provisions for Improvements to the Play Area - Fair Oaks <br /> <br />Community Center - Redwood City, California", prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works, a copy of which is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
