<br />CGM:eg <br /> <br />5/12/83 <br /> <br />l"" "'1 NAL <br />JHIl:i I <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9347 <br /> <br />MAY 1 6 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES <br />IN THE VICINITY OF THE NIMITZ AVENUE DITCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo desire to provide for the acquisition, construction, and <br /> <br />improvement of storm drainage facilities in the vicinity of the <br /> <br />Nimitz Avenue Ditch; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />to provide for the proportionate sharing of the costs of acquisi- <br /> <br />tion and construction of such storm drainage facilities between <br /> <br />this City and the County and it is the intention of this Council <br /> <br />to approve such agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Construction <br /> <br />of Drainage Facilities (Sequoia Tract Storm Drainage Project)" by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars con- <br /> <br />cerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the agree- <br /> <br />ment approved herein for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9347 <br />
