<br />CGM Jg-c 5/19/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9355 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF A HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />CITY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN <br />MOTORCYCLE TRAINING COURSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of San Mateo has informed this City that <br /> <br />it will conduct a motorcycle training course during the <br /> <br />summer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Mateo has also advised this <br /> <br />City that one of the conditions for participation in this <br /> <br />course is the execution of a hold harmless and release <br /> <br />agreement; and <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 2 3 1983 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has recommended participation <br /> <br />by the City in this course; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain hold harmless and release by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and City of San Mateo, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is made for full terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9' '). !~ <br />t.
