<br />PGT : j r <br /> <br />5/19/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9356 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 2 3 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $27,396 FROM <br />RESOURCES HELD IN RESERVE, CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND, <br />TO JEFFERSON AVENUE SIGL~AL CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS, <br />CAPITAL IHP;]..OVEllliNTS PROGRAUl, CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety- <br />Six and No/lOO Dollars ($27,396) is hereby transferred from <br /> <br />the appropriation for Resources Held in Reserve of the <br /> <br />Capital Outlay Fund, to an appropriation for the Jefferson <br /> <br />Avenue Signal Improvements E25.6, Capital Improvements <br />Program for the purpose of reimbursement to the Southern <br /> <br />Pacific Transportation Company for cost of improvements <br />to the Jefferson Avenue Railroad Crossing. <br /> <br />The aforementioned sum shall be for reimbursement <br /> <br />to the Southern Pacific Transportation Company during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1982 - June 30, 1983, and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1982 - June 30, 1983. <br /> <br />j'( <br /> <br />j'( <br /> <br />~k <br /> <br />q .~ ~ 6-0 <br />"-, c> u <br />
