<br />"(0) Bi-Monthly Billing. The City Manager is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />authorized to direct that water meters or classes of water meters <br /> <br /> <br />may be read bi-monthly and that the billing period therefor be for a <br /> <br /> <br />two-month period. In such event, the cubic foot delivery amounts <br /> <br />specified in the foregoing rate tables shall be doubled for the <br /> <br /> <br />purpose if computing the applicable water quantity charges." <br /> <br />2.
